SHIPPING POLICY
We support support domestic and international shipping zones from our UK distribution centre.
All shipments are made using Royal Mail or Evri, depending on availability. For the latest information on their estimated shipping times and delivery policies please visit www.royalmail.com and www.evri.com.
We typically ship on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at around midday.
Shipping times are calculated once the order has been fulfilled, not once the order has been placed.
Please note that we are not responsible for any customs fees or import duties.

International Shipping
Tracked and Signed Shipping is offered free for orders over £40
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund (minus the original shipping costs) to the original payment method. Buyer pays for postage for returns.

Wait for confirmation of refund or exchange email with return shipping address.
